Today we worked in the Mac sweets to edit our preliminary task. We got there and we're given out mac account details. We were then guided on how to upload our filming products and given a website link for tutorials to use the program Final Cut Pro. As we started this we had difficulties opening our shots as we filmed in HD which we were told not too, so we had to change the settings of each clip and save them into a new folder. Me and Mattie then finally uploaded all the clips needed and put them together in order. We did realise a mistake had been made in filming, we missed a match on action shot, so we had to cut and and close gaps to make it work. After that we had no more issues and finished our days editing successfully.
Ryan, good work with your blog, it is coming on very well and the use of images such as the macs is excellent. You might try using more video/sound to improve it further! You are missing some key elements. Where are the storyboards, animatic, productions schedule and prelminary? It is disappointing they are not here!
